Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Venice, FL so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please call our office at 941-477-1620 to reschedule. A cancellation within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee. Any late arrivals past 10 minutes must be rescheduled. We try our best to schedule your appointments as quickly and efficiently as possible. We even offer same day treatments, walk-in appointments, and same day hygiene appointments if the schedule allows.

Insurance and Billing

Dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance. We will be happy to file your insurance claims for you on your behalf. We understand insurance can be confusing and frustrating to deal with. Our team is dedicated making sure your claims are processed in a timely manner and with the appropriate information to assure you monopolize all of your dental insurance benefits when you need it most. We are here to discuss your treatment and how your insurance can help. We accept most major Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO). Please call our office to see if your insurance is accepted.

No insurance, no problem! Here at Venice Advanced Dentistry, we offer our own dental discount plan. This is not an insurance plan and you can cancel any time. Exclusive members can save 20%-50% on all services.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
