Insurance and Billing

At Venice Advanced Dentistry, we want to make navigating dental insurance as simple as possible. While your insurance is a contract between you and your provider, our team is happy to assist by filing claims on your behalf and helping you understand your coverage. We accept most major PPO plans, including Medicare, and are in-network with providers such as Aetna, Ameritas, Ambetter, Cigna, Delta Dental, Principal, Guardian, Humana, Optum VA, United Concordia, and United Healthcare. Though we do not offer payment plans at this time, we’re pleased to provide an in-house discount to help make your care more affordable. Venice Dental Discount*

No insurance? No problem! At Venice Advanced Dentistry, we offer our own in-house dental discount plan to help make quality care more accessible. This is not an insurance plan, and there are no long-term commitments—you can cancel anytime. Members enjoy exclusive savings of 20% to 50% on all dental services.

Payment Options

We gladly accept checks, cash, and all major credit cards. Please note, there will be a 3.5% fee for any debit or credit card transactions; this fee is waived when paying by ACH, cash, or check. For added convenience, flexible payment arrangements may be available—please speak with our Financial Coordinator for more details. If your insurance allows you to choose your own dentist, we’re happy to file claims on your behalf for reimbursement. In addition, financing options such as CareCredit are available for major dental work done in our office. Our billing coordinator will be happy to discuss any insurance or billing questions you may have.
